Shipping Policy — Everly Dear

We ship worldwide from our production facility in the United States.

Processing time
Every item is made to order especially for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be crafted with care before it ships.

Delivery time (Australia)
Once shipped, delivery to Australia typically takes 10–14 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales events) this may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

Customs & import duties
For orders under AUD $1,000, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. If your order exceeds this threshold, you may be responsible for any customs fees charged by Australian customs.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at info@everlydear.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll make it right.
